Welcome prospective delegate(s) to the KULMUN 2019 applications!

On behalf of the Secretariat and the Executive Committee, it is our honour to announce that the yearly KULMUN Conference will return for its 9th edition!

KULMUN 2019 will take place from Tuesday 5 March to Saturday 9 March 2019 in the lively city of Leuven, Belgium.
We will also be entertaining a pre-conference activity on Monday 4 March 2019. This consists of a visit to Brussels, followed by some sightseeing in our capital city.

The first wave of applications will be opened until Sunday 9 December, 23:59. You can apply by filling in this registration form.

VERY IMPORTANT: know that all payments will have to be made right at the end of this form. Therefore, please make sure you have your credit card with you. Payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard or American Express. In case you can only use another card to pay (such as debit cards), please do not hesitate to contact conference@kulmun.be.

You will receive your committee and country allocation within two weeks after the end of the first application wave.

A) The early bird delegate fee (€ 105,-) includes committee sessions, coffee breaks, all lunches, the committee dinner and access to all socials. This does not cover breakfast, dinners and drinks at some of our socials (party on Wednesday, Gala afterparty).

B) Additionally, KULMUN offers all delegates a stay at the IBIS Budget Hotel, close to the Leuven train station (breakfast included). For a standard conference accommodation package (Tue-Sat) the price is € 120,-. An accommodation package including the preconference activity (Mon-Sat) will be € 145,-. If needed, you can request to book an extra night on Saturday 9 March for € 25,-.

C) The fee to participate in the pre-conference activity (European Parliament + Museum of European History visit in Brussels) will be € 10,-.
